Arc Trading Tools: USDC Gas, Wallets, Explorers & Discovery

Arc research begins with the network and USDC balance. Use Arc Explorer to inspect receipts, DEX Screener for Arc pool discovery and an Arc-supported terminal for execution. Wallet displays and native USDC handling deserve attention before any order.

Check asset availability before planning an Arc deposit

Keep exchange, wallet funding and Arc access as separate checks. ChangeNOW offers an external buy and exchange interface, but a listed asset is not evidence of an Arc deposit route. Confirm network compatibility in the current quote; native Arc bridging is not verified here. Availability, quotes and any identity checks are set by the provider.

Optional ChangeNOW exchange widget

The tools or funding page can load an external ChangeNOW widget only after you select “Load exchange widget”. Until then, this integration sends no requests to ChangeNOW. Arc mainnet is chain ID 5042 and uses USDC for gas. The official connection guide distinguishes it from testnet 5042002. Native USDC and ERC-20 USDC represent the same balance on Arc; do not add them together as separate holdings.

Wallet configuration

Arc documents MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and Rainbow setup. A wallet that signs Arc transactions may still display its balance imperfectly; use the network’s USDC details when interpreting it.

Arc Explorer and funding

Use Arc Explorer for transaction evidence. For moving funds, inspect the current Arc Portal route, destination asset and quote instead of assuming every bridge or exchange supports Arc withdrawals.

An Arc workflow built around USDC

  1. Configure Arc mainnet using the official wallet reference. Some wallets may display an ETH label despite the underlying gas token being USDC.
  2. Verify the contract and receipt in Arc Explorer. Check the actual network when sharing addresses between EVM wallets.
  3. Inspect Arc liquidity in DEX Screener and compare the pool with the selected terminal’s Arc venue coverage.
  4. Reserve USDC for network costs and review the order quote. After execution, reconcile the receipt without double-counting native and ERC-20 USDC.

Questions and answers

Which token pays Arc gas?

USDC. Check the wallet’s network and display settings, especially if it labels the native balance as ETH.

Should native USDC and ERC-20 USDC be added together?

No. Arc’s documentation describes them as the same balance. Counting both as separate holdings overstates the total.

Can an EVM terminal automatically trade on Arc?

No. The product needs explicit Arc support and a route for the intended pool. General EVM compatibility is not sufficient.

Sources and tool access

Tools describe different parts of a transaction. A chart, label or scanner result is evidence to interpret, not a guarantee. Product access, paid plans and execution fees can change.
